Concept

    In Ancient Greece the word "  Gymnasium  "Referred to all the sports facilities and equipment available to in a city or body exercises. Public place of sharing and exchange where everyone could learn from others in order to develop their body and mind to make every day of their life a better day!

 

    Our concept of the gymnasium is therefore centered around the human being, around what is essential in life. We still believe, despite the excesses of our society, in these values of mutual support, sharing, camaraderie and a taste for effort! In any case, this is the state of mind in which we want to welcome you to our home, this place that we invite you to come and discover for yourself in order to better understand the scope of our commitment!

   The Gymnasium is therefore a place of exchange and life where you will be able to meet nice people, surpass yourself physically and mentally, recover after the effort and take care of your body and  enjoy a healthy meal to recharge your batteries!

ADVANCED /  Advanced training for Confirmed CrossFitor with Full Access subscription (subject to coaches' agreement)
TEAM WOD /  Friendly "WOD 60" training in a team open to all levels

TEENS /

WOD 60: Workout Of Day "Workout of the day" duration 60min

Daily CrossFit training prepared by our coaches adapted to all levels whether you are a total beginner or confirmed and during which you are supervised from start to finish.

OPEN GYM:  Free training for "confirmed" CrossFitters (subject to the coaches' agreement) subject to reservation and in the slots provided. (see internal regulations at reception)

🇫🇷Réservation d'un Plateau d'Haltero pour entrainement libre, durée max 1H30 ( Fonction du créneau horaire sélectionné) Respect du créneau horaire sélectionné obligatoire, passé ce créneau le plateau devra être libéré pour l'athlète suivant. ____________________

🇺🇸 Booking of a weightlifting platform for free training during 1 hour and a half maximum ( according to booked scheduled ) At the end of your training slot the platform must be vacated for the next athlete.
